1 bag shredded lettuce
1-2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 1/2 c. cooked ham, diced
1/4 c. cooked bacon, diced
1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
Ranch dressing
6-8 Pita Pocket Halves
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Drizzle ranch dressing and stir until desired consistency. Using tongs, stuff cobb salad mixture into pita pockets. Serve chilled. Serves 6-8.
